Refund policy

We want you to actually test our products at home. That's why eligible orders come with a 60-night trial.

How It Works

1. Use your product for up to 60 nights from the date of delivery.
2. If it's not right for you, email us at restanchor@outlook.com with your order number.
3. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be reasonably clean but do not need to be unworn or in original packaging, since you're expected to actually use the product during the trial period.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer an exchange (for example, a different color) instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us and we will arrange this where possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at restanchor@outlook.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
