Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

Because our products are shipped directly from our supplier's fulfillment center, delivery typically takes approximately 10–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. We know this is longer than many retailers, and we'd rather tell you upfront than promise a faster timeline we can't consistently meet.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate, shown at checkout. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also look up your order status on our Track Order page.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
